American rapper Clifford Joseph Harris Jr, popularly known as T.I., has reportedly gotten into a fight with his 19-year-old son, King Harris, in the stands of Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia.

On Sunday, November 26, the Dope hitmaker was seated in a private suite with his adolescent son following the Atlanta Falcons’ 50th anniversary of hip-hop party when father and son got into a yelling war.

After the 43-year-old artiste said King never “woke up with a roach on [his] face” or in his ear, despite the renowned offspring‘s refusal to confess that he grew up with a “silver spoon” in his mouth, a heated discussion swiftly devolved into a verbal altercation.

“I never ate with that a day in my life,” King insisted while recording and broadcasting the interaction via Instagram Live.

T.I. still disagreed with his son, as did his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, who recalled how their eldest child would run to his grandmother’s house just “so he [could] suck a pacifier over there until he was 12 years old.”

Refusing to agree with either of his parents, King said that he only went to his grandmother’s house because he “didn’t want to be in [the] gates” of his parents’ estate and rather be “outside in the neighborhood.”

To stoke the flames, King accused his parents of “lying” and “trying to hide” the truth about his childhood. Tiny, aware of the increasing debate, put her hands on King’s chest and urged him to “shut up,” but this just appeared to aggravate matters.

King questioned why his mother would allow T.I. to “play with [him] like that,” but the 48-year-old defended her husband by saying he was “joking.”

T.I., on the other hand, didn’t appear to be messing around, scolding his son for “embarrassing” him before appearing to put King in a chokehold. “Boy, you can’t do nothing with me. Ain’t s— you can do with me,” T.I. yelled in the video.

The Grammy winner married his wife in 2010, and they have three children: King, Major, 15, and Heiress, 7. They also share custody of four children from prior relationships.

Afrobeats+ earlier reported that the Atlanta-born rapper has built an affordable housing project in his home city. The housing community was opened on November 14.

According to The Source, the project is a collaboration between T.I., Atlanta Housing, and Missouri-based, Vecino Group.

Known as Intrada Westside, it is a 100% affordable housing community that consists of 140 residential units and emphasizes inclusivity by dedicating 25 units specifically to permanent supportive housing (PSH) under Atlanta Housing’s HomeFlex-HAVEN program.
