Multi-dimensional American rapper and songwriter Busta Rhymes recently roped in Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy on a new single called Roboshotta, a song as powerful as the name itself.

The party-like hip-hop production is gaining much attention, with fans commending the duo for the mega collaboration, released in the final week of November 2023.

Characteristic of both artistes, they poured enough energy into the song, which is laced with in-depth rap artistry and deep sound and bass effects.

Apparently, it is not the followers alone who are impressed with the new record, but the Dangerous record producer himself has been full of praise for Burna Boy.

In excerpts of a clip available online, Busta Rhymes described working with the Last Last crooner as one of the “most incredible moments” of his life.

“He is fast, efficient and very clear. He knows what he wants to do and there is no wasting time… I played about four songs the third one he heard (Roboshotta) he was like what’s that…and every song is perfection,” Rhymes stated.

Born Trevor George Smith Jr, Busta Rhymes, has collaborated with a number of artistes but the new project seems to be his major collaboration with an Afrobeats sensation.

Roboshotta is described as a record that showcases Busta Rhymes’ exceptional talent and unique style as it blends multiple elements to create a memorable listening experience.

The tune is one of the records off Busta Rhymes’ recent studio album Blockbusta, which comprises nineteen tracks, featuring artistes including Chris Brown, Kodak Black, Quavo, Young Thug, and others.

It has songs like The Statement, Remind ‘Em, Beach Ball, Could It Be You, Big Everything, and several others.

Having been on the music scene since 1986, Busta Rhymes has hundreds of songs and awards to his credit and has been an inspiration to younger talents.

Burna Boy is also at the peak of his career and continues to be celebrated on many fronts as he looks forward to a possible Grammy Award next year.
