Lupita Nyong’o and Joshua Jackson are currently in the news after the duo was spotted holding hands during a grocery store trip on December 5.
The duo seems to be confirming their romantic relationship and ending months of rumors about their relationship status.
Jackson and Lupita recently split up with their respective partners.
After more than three years of marriage, Jackson’s wife, actress Jodie, reportedly filed for divorce in October. The reason given in the court filing was “irreconcilable differences.”
“She decided that she was done,” according to information available at the time, which was Turner-Smith’s reasoning. “It turned into an unhealthy marriage that made her unhappy. They will co-parent their daughter. They want her to continue to thrive.”

Lupita, who had dated sports analyst Selema Masekela, declared on Instagram in October that she was “in a season of heartbreak” due to “deception.”

On the day Lupita shared the Instagram post in October, the actors were spotted together at a Janelle Monáe concert, which raised questions about the nature of their relationship. These two have once again given rise to rumors of a romantic relationship.
In pictures released by multiple outlets on Wednesday, the actors were seen holding hands for a PDA-filled errand while strolling through Joshua Tree at the National Park in southeast California.
When they were seen going to a Janelle Monáe concert with friends in the middle of October, there were rumors that Nyong’o was dating Joshua Jackson and just a month later, they were spotted shopping in Los Angeles together.
