Kenya Moore and her ex-husband, Marc Daly, have reached a divorce settlement deal.

The settlement agreement specifies financial and custody arrangements for their 5-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.

Marc Daly, Moore’s ex-husband, has been ordered to pay Kenya $2,000 per month in child support, despite her larger income. In addition, he will contribute $1,000 each month to Brooklyn’s college savings account.

According to court documents made public online, Kenya Moore, 53, was awarded primary custody of Brooklyn, with the two sharing legal custody.

This arrangement allows Marc to participate in crucial choices affecting their daughter’s life.

The judge highlighted that both parties must encourage Brooklyn to maintain a positive relationship with the other parent and refrain from any actions that could jeopardize it.

This retroactive payout should equal $12,000 for the year, which is backdated to begin in January 2024.

The settlement states that no alimony or spousal support will be exchanged between the two.

The judge also handed Kenya final decision-making authority over Brooklyn’s participation in economic possibilities, including her presence on the Bravo show, Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA).

Kenya Moore has however announced her exit from The Real Housewives of Atlanta ahead of Season 16’s premiere after news broke she was suspended from filming after a controversial feud with newbie Brittany Eady.

If the parties cannot reach an agreement on economic possibilities after 24 months, they will seek additional resolution through mediation or court.

The agreement also stipulates that each party shall maintain ownership and responsibility for their separate properties and debts, including real estate and automobiles.

Kenya will continue to provide healthcare insurance for Brooklyn, and the pair will split any uninsured medical expenditures.
