Cardi B, born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, has made more revelations about her relationship status.

In a recent Instagram live session with her 169 million followers, the Hiphop star confirmed that she is no longer in a relationship with her husband, Offset.

The couple, whose love affair has been under the public eye since their marriage in 2017, faced speculation of a breakup amid Offset denying allegations of infidelity involving Chrisean Rock.

The duo, who share two kids, Kulture and Wave, deepened rumours around them after they unfollowed each other on Instagram a few days ago.

As the rumours swirled, Cardi B addressed her followers on Monday, December 11, asserting that she has “been single for a minute now,” as she shed light on changes in her personal life.

During the Instagram live session, the artist expressed her curiosity for a “new life, for a new beginning.” While she refrained from making definitive statements about Offset’s fidelity with Chrisean Rock, Cardi B emphasized her lack of interest in uncovering the truth, maintaining a focus on her own journey forward.

Cardi B filed for divorce in September 2020, only to reconcile with Offset later that same year. Their relationship has weathered storms, with Cardi B being open about her struggles and, notably, Offset’s past infidelity.

Social media erupted with reactions to Cardi B’s announcement, showcasing a mix of support and speculation. Fans praised her honesty in addressing the complexities of her relationship and commended her for prioritizing her mental health and overall well-being. The public discourse also involved speculation about the reasons behind the high-profile split, with some expressing disappointment at the turn of events.
