Reality star Porsha Williams and her ex-husband Simon Guobadia are going through a tumultuous divorce, and things are getting worse every day.

Simon Guobadia has even gone so far as to call his former partner a “pig in lipstick.”

According to RadarOnline, Simon has requested that the judge throw out the couple’s prenuptial agreement while requesting access to all of Porsha’s return to Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The two ex-couples battle it out in court on implementing their prenuptial agreement.

Porsha’s announcement that she will be back for a second season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta made Simon believe that her abrupt shift in job status has a significant bearing on their divorce.

However, Porsha allegedly thinks that upholding the provisions of their prenuptial agreement is unaffected by her financial situation. Which Simon adamantly opposed.

He claimed he isn’t just nosy and that he sincerely thinks this will demonstrate that their prenuptial agreement is unenforceable.

All of this drama began a few months ago when Simon asked True Entertainment for details regarding Porsha’s Bravo contracts.

He requested that she provide him access to any pertinent correspondence and asked to know precisely what agreements she had made with producers.

Additionally, he tried to stop Porsha from filming in their shared home.

After all, during divorce and prenuptial agreement enforcement, access to the house has been a major source of conflict.

Porsha has attempted to have Simon’s motion dismissed by the courts. She maintained that the prenup was unrelated to her employment.

That is not the case, according to Simon and his attorneys, who stated in the most recent court document that all of this information is pertinent.

Simon takes issue with the fact that she announced her revitalized Bravo career only a few days before filing for divorce.

Porsha not only announced her comeback to RHOA but also that she had signed a general scripted talent deal with NBCU.

Simon thought the courts ought to take these new sources of possible income into account. She reportedly rebuffed his straight request for her financial information.

“It is evident that the wife’s financial status and income have changed since the prenuptial agreement was executed in November 2022,” stated Simon’s legal team.

Porsha, meanwhile, seems to be completely focused on filming RHOA Season 16. On social media, she has been posting teasers from behind the scenes.
