Saweetie Claps Back At Quavo Diss, Shares Rapper’s DM Begging For Her Attention

Female rapper Saweetie has responded to a line from Quavo’s new song, a diss track aimed at Chris Brown.

The song, titled Over Hoes & Bitches, includes a line where Quavo boasts about his ability to transform any model into a Saweetie.

This did not sit well with the Icy Girl rapper. Shortly after the song’s release, Saweetie took to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, to share a screenshot of an unopened private message from Quavo, dated January 2024.

The preview of the message reads, “Damn. We used to mean af to each…” Saweetie captioned the screenshot with a snarky remark, “Hopefully, the model he turns into me replies.”

Saweetie, Quavo relationship and Chris Brown diss

Saweetie and Quavo, who started dating in 2018, had a public breakup in 2021 amid allegations of infidelity on Quavo’s part.

Chris Brown, in his diss track Weakest Link, used their past relationship as ammunition against Quavo, claiming to have been with Saweetie while she was still dating Quavo.

Brown also referenced a viral video showing the former couple in a physical altercation inside an elevator, accusing Quavo of being the aggressor.

Following the release of Weakest Link, Saweetie hinted at crafting a response, teasing a new single on X.

Quavo has also taunted Brown over his rumored relationship with Karrueche Tran, Brown’s ex-girlfriend who obtained a restraining order against him in 2017.

In his song “Tender,” Quavo raps about Brown’s failed relationship and accuses him of mistreating Tran.

50 Cent fuels Chris Brown and Quavo beef with new advice

Meanwhile, 50 Cent has shared his thoughts on Chris Brown and Quavo’s beef, urging a continuation.

50 Cent, a well-known collaborator with Brown, took to Instagram to express his surprise. He urged Quavo to respond with some heat.
