35-year-old “Diamonds” singer, Rihanna, surprised everyone on Friday night, November 17, in Las Vegas, Nevada, by showing up at the Puma x F1 collection launch party.
The event served as a prelude to the Saturday, November 18, 2023, Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Rihanna and A$AP greeted fans with smiles ahead of the latter’s first release as creative director for Puma’s Formula 1 division which gives an early glimpse of the 2024 collection.
The rapper’s A$AP moniker will prominently appear on each piece. There will be a customizing station at the pop-up where guests can personalize pieces during the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix .
Not only is this Rocky’s first Puma collection, but it also offers a preview of what’s to come in 2024.

To create a complete collection of pieces that reflect F1’s high-performance expectations, Rocky believes that the collection is the ideal fusion of high-fashion, streetwear, and motorsport elements.
Rocky’s first collection includes a sleeve T-shirt with a graphic of a ’90s toy car made of football jersey fabric, an apron short with a detachable apron, gloves with a heat map printed on the palm, and a distressed hat with the traditional “dad” fit that Rocky is known to wear, inspired by the efficiency of the pit crew.
Other pieces inspired by the helmets worn by Formula One drivers include a distressed balaclava that emphasizes comfort and utility. The knit accessory is a great addition with its button snap detail and easily removable webbing.
The well-known rapper shared his opinions on the best-dressed rap artistes in hip-hop history. He added two of the more fashion-forward artistes to emerge in the new millennium, along with a heralded trendsetter from the 1990s, to his list of artistes he feels have put on the flyest threads since the culture’s inception.
Rocky starts by citing rap icon Grand Puba as one of the most stylish emcees of all time. Grand Puba is well-known for the abundance of Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren clothing pieces.
Kanye West’s name popped up and rightly so, he was among the first male rap artistes to break into the fashion industry and focus on high-end labels and designer clothing. Pharrell Williams made the list too as he is noted to have ventured outside the typical comfort zones of hip-hop figures while staying in step with the streetwear vibes.
