Megan Thee Stallion has forcefully denied claims made in a harassment lawsuit alleging that she engaged in lesbian sex in front of her former photographer. The Houston rapper’s legal team dismissed the allegations as “frivolous” in a new 18-page court filing obtained by legal reporter Meghann Cuniff.

The lawsuit, filed by Emilio Garcia last month, accuses Megan of harassment and creating a hostile work environment. However, her lawyers argue that Garcia is manipulating the legal system for personal gain.

They describe him as a “con artist” who has turned a routine wage and labor dispute into a sensationalist claim involving sex and workplace harassment.

The Mean Girls star‘s attorneys contend that Garcia’s lawsuit is a publicity stunt designed to boost Garcia’s career as an amateur artist while tarnishing Megan’s reputation.

Supporting their position with numerous invoices, payment records, and Instagram posts that placed Garcia in Houston, they argued that his claims are baseless and should be dismissed. Additionally, they assert that Garcia listed Megan’s management company, Roc Nation, as a defendant in a bid to bring the case under California jurisdiction, despite Megan residing in Florida.

Roc Nation also distanced itself from the case, denying any affiliation with Megan’s companies or employment of Garcia.

Emilio Garcia’s lawyer denies Megan Thee Stallion’s attorney’s claims

In response to the court filing, Garcia’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, issued a statement claiming that Megan is trying to deflect blame and shame the victim. He insists that Megan never disputed Garcia’s invoices until after he sued, suggesting this was a retaliatory move on her part. Zambrano stated that Garcia’s anger stems from his alleged mistreatment, not from being excluded from celebrity circles.

Garcia’s lawsuit, filed in April, alleges that Megan improperly fired him from his role as a cameraman and failed to pay him for rest breaks and overtime. He also claims to have witnessed Megan engaging in sexual activity with another woman while they were in a car in Ibiza. According to Garcia, Megan subsequently instructed him not to discuss the incident and subjected him to fat-shaming insults.

Megan’s legal team previously criticized the lawsuit, emphasizing that it is an employment dispute concerning money, with no formal sexual harassment claim. They accuse Garcia of making salacious allegations to embarrass Megan, stating they will address the matter in court.
