A woman who claims she was gang-raped by rap mogul Diddy and two of his associates when she was a teenager has been ordered to reveal her identity by a judge.
The woman, who filed a lawsuit against Diddy, his former label president Harve Pierre, and another unnamed man in December 2023, alleges that she was sexually assaulted by the trio in a New York recording studio in 2008, when she was 17 years old.
She says she was lured to the studio by Pierre, who promised her a modeling contract, but instead was forced to drink alcohol and take drugs before being raped multiple times by the defendants.
She also claims that Diddy threatened to kill her if she ever told anyone about the incident, and that she suffered physical and psychological injuries as a result of the attack.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has denied the allegations and called them a “money grab” by the woman, who is seeking unspecified damages.

He also argued that the woman should not be allowed to sue him anonymously, as he has a right to face his accuser and challenge her credibility.
On Thursday, February 29, 2024, Judge Jessica G. L. Clarke agreed with Diddy’s lawyers and ruled that the woman must disclose her name if she wants to proceed with the case.
The judge said that while she understood the woman’s concerns about the potential harm and stigma that could come from revealing her identity, she did not provide sufficient evidence to justify her anonymity.
The judge cited previous cases involving celebrities such as Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey, where the accusers were not granted anonymity, and said that the woman’s allegations were “graphic and disturbing” but not “unusually so” in the context of sexual assault lawsuits.
50 Cent trolls Diddy
Meanwhile, the feud between 50 Cent and Diddy has taken a new turn as the former has mocked the latter over a new sexual assault lawsuit filed by a producer who worked with him.
Lil Rod, who collaborated with Diddy on his latest project The Love Album: Off the Grid, has accused the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual harassment, drugging, and threatening him for a year.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has strongly denied the allegations, with his lawyer Shawn Holley calling them “baseless and frivolous”. However, that did not stop 50 Cent from adding fuel to the fire by trolling Diddy on social media.
