American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing accusations of sexual assault for the third time.

An anonymous accuser has come forward, alleging that Diddy coerced her into a sexual encounter more than 30 years ago.

The lawsuit also implicates singer-songwriter Aaron Hall, suggesting that both artists took turns engaging in non-consensual acts with the plaintiff and her friend. MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records are named as co-defendants.

The accusations in the lawsuit

According to People.com, the accuser claims to Diddy and Hall at an event hosted by Uptown Records distributor MCA Records at the company’s offices.

“Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” the lawsuit states. Later at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe alleges she “was coerced into having sex with Combs.”

“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized,” the lawsuit states. “As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him,” parts of the suit reportedly read.

Diddy’s team denies allegations

Following the suit, the camp of Diddy has vehemently protested the suit which was filed at the last minute before the Adult Survivors Act expired as fabrications.

“These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit,” a spokesperson for Combs wrote in a statement to PEOPLE.

Cassie sues Diddy

The latest suit comes after Cassie, a former romantic partner of Diddy accused him of rape and abuse during their time together.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday, Cassie, known in real life as Cassandra Elizabeth Ventura, indicated that she suffered physical abuse including being punched, beaten, kicked, and stomped on by Diddy over the course of their relationship.

Not long after filing the suit, the singer announced that she had settled the matter.
