Amid ongoing allegations against hip-hop mogul, Sean “Diddy” Combs, his son, Justin Combs, finds himself entangled in the legal drama as a new lawsuit filed by music producer, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr., has named Justin, among others, as defendants in a case that has sent social media into a frenzy.

The lawsuit, which was filed in a Manhattan federal district court, alleges that Sean Combs engaged in sexual harassment and assaulted Jones during their collaboration on the album The Love Album: Off the Grid.

According to Jones, his time working with Combs was marred by instances of unwanted sexual advances and attempts to coerce him into compromising situations.

Furthermore, Jones alleges that he was not fairly compensated for his contributions to the album, leading him to launch a crowdfunding campaign to support his legal battle against Combs. Jones claims to have produced nine out of the 11 tracks on the album and is now seeking $30 million in damages.

Jones also alleges Diddy directed his son Justin Combs and other colleagues to seek sex workers. He also went on to claim Justin was tasked with locating underage girls to attend parties.

Justin Combs’ legal representative has, however, swiftly come to his defense, denying the accusations leveled against him.

In a statement to TMZ, the representative stated that Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations.

“They are all lies! This is a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a payday. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”

The lawsuit also names other prominent figures in the music industry, including Combs’ chief of staff Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam.

Earlier a video of Lil Rod resurfaced online, showing him calling out Diddy weeks before his lawsuit and claiming he stole his publishing. Lil Rod also reportedly started a GoFundMe asking the internet to help him gather the funds to sue Diddy.
