Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a lady who was 17 years old at the time.

In a shocking lawsuit filed this week under the Child Victims Act, the anonymous lady identified, Jane Doe, claims Diddy and two associates assaulted her in 2003.

She claims they drugged and raped her after luring the then-high schooler to a New York studio.

Accuser claims Diddy and co drugged and raped her

According to TMZ, the suit indicates that Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre initially approached Doe in Detroit in 2003 when she was 17, inviting her to meet Diddy in New York via private jet. She claims to have been plied with drugs and alcohol upon arrival.

Doe further alleges a drug-blurred sexual assault by Diddy himself, saying the mogul penetrated her from behind without consent in a studio bathroom. Pierre and another unnamed man also allegedly raped Doe.

After remaining silent for 20 years, Doe says she found the confidence to speak out after seeing past partners like Cassie and other women share similar misconduct claims against Diddy.

Diddy had been hit with two other lawsuits after Cassie’s suit which was withdrawn after an out-of-court settlement. The third suit was alleging an assault which happened over 30 years ago.

Diddy’s former bodyguard supports Cassie’s claims

Meanwhile, a former Diddy bodyguard, Roger Bonds, claimed that Cassie’s allegations were true, emphasizing that his message should not be misconstrued as a “threat” or “snitching” against either anybody.

He made it clear that he witnessed such incidents during his tenure as the rapper’s bodyguard and was compelled to speak out in light of recent events, particularly for the well-being of his own children.
