Diddy’s alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, has struck a plea deal in his drug case and will avoid jail time, according to TMZ.

Brendan, who previously worked as Diddy’s main assistant, was arrested back in March 2024 at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after authorities allegedly found cocaine and marijuana candy in his bag during a search.

The arrest coincided with raids on Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami homes as part of an investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and illegal gun possession.

Brendan’s attorney, Brian Bieber, confirmed that his client has since accepted the prosecutor’s offer to enter a diversion program.

Upon completion of the program, the case against Brendan will be dismissed entirely. The Miami-Dade State Attorney also confirmed that this is a standard offer for non-violent defendants with no prior convictions in possession cases.

It was said that Brendan has already enrolled in a drug diversion program, which is expected to last around 6 months.

Diddy was not arrested during the police raids at his homes in Miami and Los Angeles that were connected to an ongoing sex trafficking probe.

Diddy’s attorney released a statement at the time saying, “There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences,” Aaron Dyer noted.

“There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities.”

The business mogul is facing a mountain of sexual assault lawsuits. While he has settled one with his ex-girlfriend Cassie, he’s determined to battle the others out in court and clear his name once and for all.
