Barely a month after its release, ‘Yes, and? the single by Ariana Grande has surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify.

According to Spotify data, the song is her 89th to achieve this milestone.

Ariana Grande released the track in mid-January as a major handiwork since her last project in 2020.

It also served as a preview of her External Sunshine album, which will be released later this year in March.

The official video for Yes, and? has so far gathered 32 million views on YouTube. The official audio recorded about 1.3 million streams on YouTube in its first week and is currently doing well on the music charts.

The upbeat rendition has Grande singing about healing and not caring about other people’s comments.

She says, “everybody is tired and healing from somebody or something we don’t see just right.”

According to the singer, anybody can turn on the light and be like: “Yes, and?” whenever they are “in a dark situation.”

On the new single, Ariana worked with her longtime collaborators (Max Martin and Ilya Salmanzadeh) with whom she’s worked on Problem, God Is a Woman, No Tears Left to Cry, Bang Bang, and others.

The singer’s sixth album, Positions  was released by Republic Records on October 30, 2020.

Fans anticipate a tracklist and other details of her 7th studio album set to be released on the scheduled date.
