On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Judge Robert T. Watson ruled that 6ix9ine should pay Alexis Salaberrios $9,825,000, XXL Mag reported.
The judgement was based on the evidence presented in court, which included video footage of the incident. The rapper did not appear in court to defend himself, and the judgement was entered by default.
