Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent has once again stirred controversy by revisiting his past criticism of boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, this time doubling down on allegations of illiteracy.
Shortly after announcing his upcoming debut fiction novel, 50 Cent turned to Instagram to promote the book, The Accomplice, and slyly threw shade at his longtime rival in the same breath.

50 Cent’s The Accomplice
The Accomplice, co-written by author Robert Greene, is described as a “gritty and fast-paced story of betrayal, vengeance, and the power of attraction” that follows the rise and fall of a young hustler in New York City.
The novel is set to be released on April 6, 2024, and will be accompanied by an audiobook narrated by 50 Cent himself.

Some praised 50 Cent for his entrepreneurial ventures and creative projects, while others criticized him for being petty and obsessed with Mayweather.
The feud between 50 and Mayweather
The feud, spanning back as far as 2019, saw 50 Cent poking fun at Mayweather’s alleged illiteracy issues with a written letter he shared on Instagram.
The two former friends have been at odds since they had a falling out over a failed business deal involving Mayweather’s boxing promotion company.
Since then, they have exchanged insults and accusations on various platforms, ranging from personal matters to professional achievements.
50 Cent trolls Diddy over new lawsuit
Meanwhile, 50 recently took his feud with Diddy to a new level as he mocked the latter over a new sexual assault lawsuit filed by a producer who worked with him.
In a series of since-deleted Instagram posts, the G-Unit rapper screenshotted a headline about the lawsuit, which also got Usher and Meek Mill trending, and wrote:
“Aww shit, I’m on the floor dead somebody bring me back to life.” He also said: “Maybe this is a big misunderstanding. I just don’t go to the man’s parties. This is just not my kinda vibe.”
