Rapper Ice Spice has put an end to the rumors that she is expecting a baby after a new photo she shared on X (formerly Twitter) sparked speculation among her fans.
The 24-year-old posted a picture of herself on Monday night, January 22, wearing a revealing outfit that showed off her midriff.
The photo quickly went viral, with many fans commenting on her seemingly round stomach and wondering if she was pregnant. However, Ice Spice was quick to shut down the rumors with a simple and blunt reply
“Nobody pregnant n-ggas just phat,” she tweeted to her 2.2 million followers 12.

She also added a laughing emoji and a shrug emoji to her tweet, indicating that she was not bothered by the speculation.
Ice Spice, who has a Chia Pet, has been private about her life since rising to fame with Munch in 2022.
The song, with a catchy chorus and rap by Ice Spice, topped the charts and earned her two Grammy nominations. Since then, she has released two more singles, “Sip It” and “Bounce”, and announced that she is working on her debut album, which is expected to drop later this year.
The rapper is not the first celebrity to face pregnancy rumors based on a photo.
In the past, stars like Cardi B, Rihana, and Sexxy Red have also had to deal with similar speculation. Ice Spice, however, seems to have a good sense of humor about the whole situation, as she joked about it.
Ashanti reportedly pregnant with 1st child
Meanwhile, American singer Ashanti is reportedly expecting her first baby at age 43 with her boyfriend, Nelly.
Ashanti and Nelly dated between 2003-2013 after meeting at a Grammy Awards press conference. Though their romance fizzled after a decade, the musicians were spotted holding hands in Las Vegas.
Nelly confirmed they had reconnected on the Philo TV show “Boss Moves”, saying the reconciliation “surprised both of us.”
