Fans are reacting positively to a newly composed video for Na Money, one of the fine records off Afrobeats King’s Davido’s Timeless album.
The video, said to have been shot in Paris, France, is phenomenal, as all the characters and artistes appear in high-end costumes in an elite setting.
Davido posted excerpts of the production online on Monday, describing the Grammy-nominated Timeless as one of his special projects.
Apart from Unavailable and Feel, Na Money has emerged as one of the fan favorites on the 17-track project.
Na Money blends African rhythms smoothly while incorporating modern instrumentation, supported by sweet vocals from Angélique Kidjo and The Cavemen.

“The reason Davido is successful is because his music is authentic. He built a loyal fanbase on consistency and not trying to sound like every artiste. I pray my music can touch the masses like Davido. Angélique Kidjo and Davido are my biggest inspiration,” a fan wrote about the video which has been praised for its quality and creativity.
Premiering days after he announced an extension of his Timeless Tour, the production will most likely draw more attention to his upcoming concerts.
Davido recently announced dates for Part 2 of the Timeless Tour, saying he can’t wait to entertain his fans.
Scheduled for April 17–24, 2024, he will appear on stages at the Madison Square Garden, Montréal and the Financial Arena in Orlando.
Apart from Angélique Kidjo and The Cavemen, the Timeless project has other guest appearances including Focalistic, Skepta, Asake, Dexta Daps, Musa Keys, on the chart-topping album which has been named among the best 50 albums of 2023 by Billboard.
This December, Davido is also hosting a series of Timeless Concerts in his home country, Nigeria, and possibly Ghana.
